Uni-Tel solution from Kjærgaard provides MegaWash with flexible, stable & cheaper telephony

What does your Uni-Tel solution include?

“It’s pure mobile telephony. We have had this for a while, but it didn’t work well with the previous operator we used. There were major outages, so we decided to switch. Uni-Tel came into play because we have all our IT through Kjærgaard, and they presented a Uni-Tel solution that we thought was good.”

What do you like about the solution?

“One thing is that there is a lot of freedom in everything. That applies to the subscriptions but also who we can choose as an operator. One of our departments is located in Padborg, and there we can have problems with certain operators. So it’s an advantage that we can freely choose the one that suits each location best.”

How does call handling work when you are mostly mobile?

“The call handling app is very simple to use. It’s easy to transfer calls, and it works well. It’s intuitive and easy to join and leave queues, forward calls, see answered and missed calls, etc. But we also have an office assistant who accesses it via PC.”

What considerations did you have when switching phone systems?

“Price obviously plays a role, and it is cheaper than before. But it was really more about being sure that we got something that worked – and that’s what we got. At the same time, we actually saved a lot of money.”

So you got what you were promised…?

“This is actually one of the first times I have experienced that what was promised in a meeting is exactly what appears on the invoice. Sometimes there’s stuff like ‘you were there, and then you sent an SMS, and that made it more expensive.’ But none of that here. We get what we were promised, and that’s really great.”

If you had to highlight one thing that stands out, what would it be?

“There are several things, but the flexibility regarding operators is super important. It also means a lot that you can always get in touch with someone if there’s an issue, so you quickly get answers to your questions. We are satisfied. Very much so.”
