What does your Uni-Tel solution include?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

“It\u2019s pure mobile telephony. We have had this for a while, but it didn\u2019t work well with the previous operator we used. There were major outages, so we decided to switch. Uni-Tel came into play because we have all our IT through Kj\u00e6rgaard, and they presented a Uni-Tel solution that we thought was good.”<\/em><\/p>\n

What do you like about the solution?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

“One thing is that there is a lot of freedom in everything. That applies to the subscriptions but also who we can choose as an operator. One of our departments is located in Padborg, and there we can have problems with certain operators. So it\u2019s an advantage that we can freely choose the one that suits each location best.”<\/em><\/p>\n

How does call handling work when you are mostly mobile?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

“The call handling app is very simple to use. It\u2019s easy to transfer calls, and it works well. It\u2019s intuitive and easy to join and leave queues, forward calls, see answered and missed calls, etc. But we also have an office assistant who accesses it via PC.”<\/em><\/p>\n

What considerations did you have when switching phone systems?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

“Price obviously plays a role, and it is cheaper than before. But it was really more about being sure that we got something that worked \u2013 and that\u2019s what we got. At the same time, we actually saved a lot of money.”<\/em><\/p>\n

So you got what you were promised…?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

“This is actually one of the first times I have experienced that what was promised in a meeting is exactly what appears on the invoice. Sometimes there\u2019s stuff like \u2018you were there, and then you sent an SMS, and that made it more expensive.\u2019 But none of that here. We get what we were promised, and that\u2019s really great.”<\/em><\/p>\n

If you had to highlight one thing that stands out, what would it be?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

“There are several things, but the flexibility regarding operators is super important. It also means a lot that you can always get in touch with someone if there\u2019s an issue, so you quickly get answers to your questions. We are satisfied.
